To me, the best thing is a feeling.  Sure, it's great to not have surprise expenses or be "Nickle and Dimed" to death, but the feeling I get working here is the best.  Chris, Greg, all the staff - they truly care more about the agents than themselves.  This is not a "Corporate Mentality".  I am given the freedom to be ME!  From my business card and sign design to the way I advertise - it's all about ME!  Freedom, Support, Individuality.  It's Family!
